IDEAL CAT-5E RJ45 8P8C Mod Plugs (Bag of 100)
This 100 pack of IDEAL modular plugs is designed for termination to CAT-5E twisted pair cables. Plugs are 8 position 8 contacts for use with Ethernet and related data applicatoins. They are designed to work seamlessly with the IDEAL Telemaster and FT-45 series of modular plug crimp tools as well as compatible non-IDEAL tools. Plugs are designed and manufactured to support all 100 ohm cable wiring schemes, including the widely used TIA-568A and TIA-568B configurations.

- Complies with industry-standard mechanical and electrical specifications for compatibility with compliant modular jacks and ports
- Designed and manufactured to support all 100 ohm cable wiring schemes including the widely used TIA-568A and TIA-568B configurations
- Designed to work seamlessly with IDEAL Telemaster and FT-45 crimping tools; also compatible with industry-standard modular plug crimping tools meeting specifications
- Non-feed-through design to prevent external conductor/device shorting and RF signal leakage
- 3-prong contact design for use with solid or stranded 24 to 26 AWG insulated copper conductors
- 50 micro-in. gold plating on contact mating area for long term reliability in connectivity, even after hundreds of mating cycles
- Permanent connection-once crimped they cannot be reused
- Primary and secondary strain relief supports to retain cable jacket and minimize conductor movement once crimped
