Each pack has 3 different 4' elastic exercise bands; each band is 5" wide.

Available in 3 different resistance options: the Easy Pack contains x-light, light and medium bands; the Moderate Pack contains medium, heavy and x-heavy workout bands; and the Challenging Pack contains x-heavy, 2x-heavy and 3x-heavy elastic bands.
