Sizes: Use on Left or Right foot. Small fits shoe sizes up to 7, Medium fits shoe sizes 8-10, Large fits 10+

Directions:

• Place Toe Separators between irritated toes
• Pull on hosiery and readjust as needed
• For best results, do not wear shoes that interfere with toe freedom

Care:

• Hand wash
• Air dry completely
• Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky
